Questions before you order?

What does my gift include?
A five-letter correspondence with the figure you choose, or the one they choose for themselves. The letters are handwritten, mailed one at a time, and personal to your recipient. They can reply to every one. Shipping is free.
What happens right after I pay?
You get a printable gift certificate right away, with your personal message on it if you add one. Their first letter is written and mailed once they open the gift and confirm their mailing address.
When does the first letter arrive?
Once your recipient opens the gift and confirms their address, the first letter typically arrives within 7 to 10 days. After that, letters arrive about a month apart, or sooner when they write back.
Is each letter written by a person or by AI?
A bit of both, and we're glad to be clear about it. Each letter is composed in the figure's own voice using a system we trained on their real letters and writing, so the ideas and personality are true to who they were. Then a real person reviews and refines every letter before it goes out. The result is original and personal, never pulled off a shelf.
What if they never write back?
That's fine, and common with gifts. Some recipients write back and some simply enjoy receiving the letters. The letters are built for it: each one stands on its own, asks one easy question, and includes everything they need to reply. No guilt, no homework. And if a reply does arrive, we email you the good news.
